Use ← → or A / D to move. Use the control pad on your phone. Slide your thumb between directions.

Press Space, ↑, or W to jump with a fart-powered puff. Hold for a higher leap. Press again for one extra air jump; land to recharge. Budwee shouts his name when you start and defeat monsters. Death brings a deep demon shout and a spotlighted chunk explosion.

Press F to blast gas behind you, or B to burp a gas cloud ahead. On your phone, X farts, B burps, and A jumps. D-pad up also jumps; D-pad down farts. Catch the monsters in your gas clouds to defeat them. Search the high routes for a glowing weapon cache. Each world hides one randomly assigned weapon: machine gun, laser gun, acid grenade, rocket launcher, or flamethrower. Pick it up and hold B to fire. X still farts. Your weapon stays through respawns and resets when you enter another world or restart. Ride marked moving platforms and lifts, cross crumbling ledges before they fall, and wait for amber warning hazards to go dark. Stand on numbered switches in order to open security gates. Solved gates stay open after a respawn; restarting the world resets them.

Find the pink-ringed Big Bite burgers to make Budwee bigger and rounder, up to size 4. Each size increase absorbs one hit: Budwee shrinks instead of losing a life. At size 1, a hit costs a life. A protected fall brings him back to solid ground. Collect regular burgers for points, and touch checkpoint flags to save your place.
